1.  Ankle Weights.  Ankle weights do not actually stretch the bones.  They provide the majority of their load on the tendons and ligaments.

2.  Cycling with a raised seat.  Possible height increase by causing microfractures in the patella or shear forces on the periosteum of the patella but otherwise mostly ineffective.

3.  Hypnosis.  Even if you could affect growth hormone with hypnosis, IGF-1 is likely to be the true moneymaker in height increase.

4.  Height Increase Supplements.  Most are only amino acid supplements or just junk.

5.  Lifts.  According to the old Seinfield episode, lifts are cheating.  It’s possible to gain legitimate height so you should focus on that.

6.  Reflexology.  Again Growth Hormone is pretty ineffective in increasing your height.

7.  Stretching.  Stretching has some benefits like getting nutrients to the discs and helping maintain proper spinal alignment but it doesn’t stretch the long bones or the irregular bones for that matter.
